Shipping Policy
This policy applies to Vento Mar apparel orders. Lessons and club sessions take place in person and are not shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- European Union (Mainland): 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Canary Islands: 7–15 business days
These estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times. During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. If tracking shows no updates for more than 10 days, please contact us and we will check with the carrier.
In rare cases, items may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs & Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in your order total at checkout. Import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 40 business days, please contact us at info@ventomarsportsclub.com. We will investigate and issue a refund or reshipment as needed.
